The only way is to Internet for them or auctions that will sell them, in forty years i only made one buy for forty panels and they were weird like 3ft X 10 ft and were 5/8th lexon square translucent or transparent, accumulating solar heat sheets, and that was because of the overstocked industry in the beginning had no field back up that could work with the buying public in the 70's~govt participating programs may be out there for costs incentives

Don't get Solar Electric confused with Solar Air Heaters or Solar Water Heaters.They are not the same. Space heaters and water heaters don't use electric unless there is a pump or a fan on them.
Normally the insides will rust out of a solar water heater and will have to be rebuilt. Or if they were using a coolant you still may have to rebuild them. The best thing to do is get a bunch of coper tubeing and some plywood and black pant and build your own.
You can find a lot of information on the net about this and even prints on some sites.

they don't burn out , so if you can find them your lucky, you may find someone that wants to upgrade and sell the old ones for a good price , but free you'll be very lucky , good luck
