I would send him something. Have a card with it and explain in the card that you like him and state that if he doesnt feel the same way then dont let there be any funny feelngs between the 2 of you. That's what I would do. Hope it helps.

NO. Let me get this straight: you aren't going out, you're just friends, but you like him. Does he know that. Whether he does or not, no. Guys get bored quickly, and if you do that his chase (if he even wants to chase) is already half over. Don't play games or string him along or anything, but go ahead and let him do the work. You're worth it and he needs to get with that program.

this is a day to have fun with. it doesn't mean you love him or planning your future so just let him know you were thinking of him and you wanted to make him smile. go ahead and get him something. you can go to dinner. get him a card. give him a 20 body rub after a day at work. any thing men are simple.

Maybe you should drop him a few hints, maybe he feels the same way about you too. Give him something small, but something that only means something to the both of you, like remind him of a past experience that you both enjoyed together.

make him a CD, or bake cookies for all your friends, and make sure he gets one, or give him a really big hug and say happy valentines day.
and if you guys drive, say hey, can you give me a ride home today? ... want to stop and get coffee?
he'll get the idea. and if he's not interested, you know that at least you just had fun with a friendly valentine.

If you like him and think he might like you then I'd get him something little and write a nice card with it, but if you don't think he likes u then it might be a little awkward for him.
