From my observation I'd have to say Caucasian males have the hairiest backs. I can't imagine a woman in the world that would find that appealing unless they have an ape fetish.

The men in my family all have thick body hair and we are 1/4 Irish, German, English and Polish. I can believe that Greek and Italian descent peoples would have thick body hair as they come from Indo-European tribes as well.
