i tried lastnight with my girlfriend.. and it wasn't so good.. i figured it was like slow dancing.. only fast.. so i tried the whole left right thing.. yeah.. didn't work so well.. she tried showing me with another guy.. and i was too busy thinking.. that s-o-b is trying to mess with my girlfriend... so yeah.. didn't work so well.... and yeah i know.. follow the girl.. when she's movin a billion miles per hour, its hard to do!! so how do you move....

Perhaps you were too busy doing the right thing that you end up missing it. Don't think! Feel it! Simply press your tummy behind her back. Hold her hips, and follow where her hips move. If she likes you, she'll grind more and press her behind towards you! Don't be surprised!

I'm a miserable dancer too, but grinding isn't so bad.
basically all you gotta do is stand there and kinda bob along with the rhythm, and let her do the work. Put your hands on her waist too
also try n watch the other guys and pick up some ideas from them
p.s. that's suuper basic, i'm not an amazing dancer by any stretch iof the imagination

Try and gust move with the lady.If she don't move with you then push her with your hands.Not so hared but gust enough to get her going.
