I gave my mate my ticket to get my coat back and when he went for it they didn't give it back. I'm gutted as although it cost £45 in the sale, still a fairly hefty sum to lose, it fitted really well which is something I find quite rare. I went back tonight and it wasn't there. This happened last night. Has anyhthing similar happened to you and will someone give my coat back? If not what can I do, is there any way I can get money from the club?

if you still have your ticket and they lost it .it seems to me they should re place it did you talk to the manager about it?. most likely what happened they gave some one the wrong coat or they like it and kept it . but don,t wait to long. the longer you wait and to talk to the manger the less you have a chance getting your money . but don,t hold your breath .you might have to take a lose this time . good luck

Sounds like someone else may have taken your coat by mistake. This can happen when the cloakroom staff put the wrong tickets on the coats. You can try contacting the club to see if anyone has handed the coat in but if it's as nice as you say it is, you may not get it back. It's also highly unlikely that the club will pay you for the coat because most clubs cover their a*se and have a disclaimer saying something along the lines of "We do not take responsibility for anything left in the cloakroom. You do so at your own risk". You can always try though. Good Luck. I lost my phone so I know how you must feel.

well if u paid them to look after your coat and when u went back they have lost it i think they should give u the money for the coat i have never heard of this in all my time working at a club i think its a disgrace where r u in the country and what club was it i will phone them for u if u like let me now hun

Hope you or your friend still has the ticket. You should never wait until the next day. It makes it too easy to assume that you were blitzed and lost your own coat.

go down to your local city or county court house and file in small claims take them to court . only one problem might or might not get the money for coat i suggest if you do go this route consult an attorney. Also have at least one witness and have receipts for the coat.

call the club and if they dont give it to you get a lawer!
Or you can go to the club and speak to the manager and tell him if you dont get it back you will sue him for every penny he's worth!
