Practice, practice, practice...
Wear them around the house, doing your everyday tasks, until you get used to the heels.

Walking in heels uses your leg muscles differently than when wearing flats. Some leg exercises may help improve your balance and tone up your leg muscles.
Without shoes on...
1 - Raise up on your tip toes, hold for a few seconds, then lower.
2 - Do half squats, letting your heels come up off the floor. Hold for a few secs. Stand up.
Repeat several rounds of 10 to 20 reps each, while maintaining good upper body posture. If necessary, use a chair to help keep your balance at first. Sometimes I'll go right from tip-toes into the squat and then repeat.

it's corny, but really the best way is to buy COMFORTABLE high heels. they should feel totally comfortable sitting down. you should only know they are high when you walk. then, just practice in your house for a few hours with a 2 or 3 inch heel and then just work up from there.

Everyone's saying it - wear them! Go and buy a pair, and when you get them home, put them on.

Start off by wearing them while you watch tv, or use the computer, just so you get used to the feeling of them on your feet. Once they start to feel natural, wear them around to do everying. Brush your teeth in them, dance in them... And wear them on different surfaces. Master tile, carpet, and concrete so you know how to save yourself from slipping before it happens.

Sometimes it helps to keep an image of someone in high heels in your head as you walk. I usually think of Marilyn Monroe walking to the train in Some Like It Hot. Try to emulate their walk and picture yourself doing it as you go.

Im a woman and that i like donning severe heels! i don't understand first time I wore severe heels I did incredibly good. Now I easily have mastered them and placed on them as much as feasible. some human beings say they harm your ft, yet i do no longer think of so. desire I helped! Brianna

Use them every time you are home.Walk,walk,walk.Oh try putting a book over you head wile walking with high heels.

This is a no fail trick. Stand tall, back straight, take long strides, always walk heel-toe.

Make sure you have a pair that fits you properly...then just wear them. Getting the right fit is key though, otherwise you'll have all sorts of problems.

the best way is to just wear them and practice walking in them! careful you don't break an ankle.

at home . first just stand in them next make little moves then big steps follow that and you will be wearing high hells in no time
