he hasnt yet, but he may one day save him, but Sasuke may just be doing what he's doing to get the upgraded sharingan, i.e. to get it you have to kill your best friend, so he makes orochimaru his best friend and then kills him
and the reason Neji said Naruto will save Sasuke I think is because Naruto never gives up and can show someone the error of there way, like naruto did for neji.

It's hard to say so. Perhaps Sasuke will stay in darkness with Orochimaru. I don't know. I think Naruto now's focusing with the Akatsuki and stopping Orochimaru's action's.

im not sure if naruto can save sasuke from orochimaru, considering that sasuke ate those black things before he was put into that box thing, and also sasuke acted differently when they see eachother after the timeskip
