Let me rephrase myself - we are not a call center that was the wrong wording. i work at an ANSWERING SERVICE. The angry people are drug seekers/pts who can't get their rx's refilled that they call in on Saturday nights. We arn't that kind of business Mr Angry Madpants.

This speaks to why customer service is sooo poor these days.
If you and your friend would focus on helping the customers who paid good money for the product and or service (a portion of the cost being to cover your salaries) and are experiencing a condition with said product or service that is not to expectation (thus the reason for calling the call center) and you were actually of any help, you'd be glad to give your names.
I hate not getting what I paid for and then getting someone who could care less about that on the telephone giving me the runaround. Maybe that is why you encounter so many angry customers.
It is not your fault that they are dissatisfied. You are not responsible for that so if you approach them with an attitude that is gracious and sympathetic you'll experience less rage.
My time for myself is limited. So is my money. Having to call and chase down a warranty or repair or claim makes me testy. It adds one more thing to my day that I don't have much time to do. Can you be sympathetic to that? It's not my fault that you aren't suited to your job.
Shame on you both for thinking this is a joke. I could offer your some names to call yourselves, but they wouldn't be nice.
