I think that the way to find happiness is to stop doing things in certain ways just because of what people think. Find what you believe in and live that way. I also believe that people's attitudes are very important in how happy they feel; you can choose to be positive even if you are going through something bad.

1. Shed negative attitude about situations or persons around you.
2. Stop cursing destiny about everything,which is unfavourable to you.
3. Accept the defeats as challenges rather than stumbling blocks.
4. Remain in the company of people, who are cheerful and full of positive attitudes.
5. Spread happiness and in return you will be happy in your life.
6. Look for good traits in others' personality and ignore the negative traits since no one on the universe is 100% perfect.
7. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, A WHOLE BOOK CAN BE WRITTEN.

No one can find happiness since it is an abstract thing which is not at all tangible. Poor people think that rich people are happy. But when they become rich they too understand that they were more happy when they were poor.

This is because no one can achieve 100% happiness in this life whatever one achieves.
If we start writing on this topic it would become an endless subject and so I think that this much is enough for the time-being.

Paramatma has chosen you, and every other person for a
particular purpose. The aim of life is to understand
the greatness of the creator. And to search for the
purpose for which a soul is given human life. This
purpose differs from person to person because it is
dependent on the past Karma of the soul. But one thing
is sure. Human beings are the highest of all creation.
The rest of the creation is intended for the use of
human beings. How you use is dependent on your mantal
attitude. After good amount of effort, when you find the
purpose of your life, then you will experience the
highest happiness of your life.

Life is a Journey!
Happiness does not come at the end of the journey!!
Happiness is derived along the journey!!!
Along the journey do things what touches you and what inspires you;
Show love affection to other Humans if possible;
But defenitely dont do harms to ohers.

"don't compare with others. Happiness is half energy & Health is wealth." Hence, keep your health update, search happiness from your surroundings only. Try to satisfy yourself with the facilities available to you only.
These all you get from doing Pooja, Pranayam & Meditation. You develop your inner happiness. If you do Pranayam, you will get inner happiness. Everybody, if they are so great also will look like nothing in front of you because you are having inner happiness.

You should sit down now and make a list of all the things (and people) in your life that you are thankful for. That will open you to the happiness already in your life and make you more receptive to future happiness. Sometimes, it takes making a list to realize all the happiness already in our lives.

First of all your age some times has alot to do with it, what makes you happy when you are young takes a back seat when you get older. Happiness is a state of mind at a certain time and place.Contintment with one self brings happiness.There are a lot of forms of happiness and joy sometimes when you search so hard you miss it.Good luck.

Be spiritual towards man kind as spirituality teaches love and respect for other beings. Take life as it comes and keep performing your duties. Strongly believe that everything is happening for good.

Keep saying to yourself( inner self) that "everything is happening for good". Because your subconcious mind is the one that keeps you happy or worried.

Try this (keep saying) for a week and you will be amazed at the outcome.
