So, this makes him a social liberal! I can live with that because I too is as conservative as the day is long, but I don't embrace the social programs of the conservatives. i sure the hell don't embrace the liberal causes of the democrats either, but I can tolerate a guy who doesn't think the same as me on every issue, as long as the important issues are covered.
The democrats have not confronted those issues, because they believe it is political suicide to say that diplomacy can't get the job done, or, I plan on leaving the troops where they are, until this war is properly resolved. A republican can say that, because it may be necessary to do just that, or suffer world condemnation for running home and leaving the middle east for Iran to decide it's fate!

Sorry, yet i does no longer vote for Rudy Guliani in ANY means. If he runs and wins, he has his paintings decrease out for him. i'm no longer particular he can heal the political divide. which will take a LOOONG time (no count number who's in workplace)

He is a more moderate candidate for a desperate Republican party. The republicans know that no supper conservative is going to take 2008, the country is tired of their crap. If you don't agree check the surveys, and watch what happens in 2008. He will be lucky to make it through the primaries, due to the hard headedness of the religious right.
