He can't be indicted unless he is first impeached. Impeachment would take up a lot of valuable time in Congress that is needed to sort out the mess Bush and Cheney have made, and to try and constrain them from doing more damage, like going to war with Iran.

So - as tempting as putting Cheney behind bars may be, I hope the Dems ignore that and concentrate on the things that can make our country secure and strong again. Bush and Cheney are slimeballs and have dragged our once-great nation down into the mud with them. We need strong leadership to bring it back to where we all want it to be; and we can't afford the distraction of an impeachment hearing.

If evidence points to Cheney...yes he should be indicted. Cheney is the same as everybody else in this country, he breaks the law he will have his day in court.

No, he should not be indicted. Even if he would be charged or convicted of anything, President Bush will pardon him.

Keep in mind that Bush probably won't go as far as selling pardons like Slick Clinton (and his dingbat brother Roger) did in his final days, however, you can expect pardons to flow.

Every parent of every American soldier who has died needlessly in Iraq should be outraged - as should every other American.

There was no crime. There was no leak. Libby is being charged with giving false testimony, not leaking anything.
