That's a hard question. First of all, you need to know your own self and your personal values. Does the decision coincide with your personal values? If not, then it's probably the wrong (even if the easier) decision.
Secondly, what are your goals? Who do you want to be in 10 years? Where do you want to be? How do you want to be living? Once you have thought about that, ask yourself whether the decision helps you to reach your goals or is likely to cause problems/obstructions.

I have the same issue. I worry constantly about making wrong decisions in my personal life and I struggle constantly. However, people have told me that it's better to make a decision than to have one made for you because you can't. It's also the case that it might not be the best decision, but there is no way to know until after you make it. Then you learn.
