How to rip the music off of flash videos?

I'm watching http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/waffles and I have no clue how to rip the song off of it. It's the best song ever, so yeah.. I'm just wondering?

PS. Anyway I can convert it to a video playable in WMP? (Windows Media Player)

You can go to Master Volume, then click properties, then Recording, and then check Stereo Mix, then go to Sound Recorder. Then record the song using Sound Recorder. :) Make sure the Stereo Mix volume isn't too loud.
