I always go overboard and end up with sumo sushi rolls. They're huge! What do you put in yours?

i always make mine too big also!! i actually made up my own sushi recipe and i think thats why. its like a california roll, but instead of crab it's shrimp. it's reallly good, especially when it's dipped in a tiny bit of soy sauce!!! delish!

My husband and I are huge Sushi lovers, but have never tried making it at home... Yours sound awesome. One of my favorites is hot spicy tuna roll.
