I like myself as a person and I am very comfortable in my own skin. I've always thought that I seem to exude some sort of air of confidence, in accordance to the theory of "smile, and the world smiles with you". However, I just recently learned that despite my confidence and what I consider to be exuding said confidence, I come across as uncomfortable and nervous, which is HARDLY the case at all. What the hell's going on here? :S lol

I think someone is messing with your mind. If you are confident, you should not appear nervous. Just stay the way you are Be Happy

I believe a lot of it is subconscious reactions you don't even notice. Some of the most simple ones include they way you walk and the way you stand. Walking at a quick pace gives off the impression that you have no time to waste and you have places to go. Standing up straight and tall gives the impression that you really have confidence and you're appearing large and not trying to shrink down. The way you talk can also have an impact. Speaking forcefully and expressing yourself well can give off a huge image of confidence. Hope that all made some sense.

Exude harder. Get in peoples face. Jab your finger in their chest when speaking. Confront others when you have no business doing so. Why do you need to appear confident? Do your thing.
