My wife was a model for quite a while. She said that LUCK separated the supermodels from the other models. Being in the right place, at the right time, around the right people, looking to sell the right product. She hopes such LUCK comes to you. She never got so lucky.

Good looks.
Flawless weight _ controlled by agency that you sign with. (usually below 105lbs at most.
Good height - you can be too tall or too short.
Ability to walk the runways with attitude.
ALOT of hard work to get you there.

im a model too. i model for A&F. and it does thke alot.. it is very hard work. then they had me model for victoria's secret once or twice also and their runway shows are tough. but it does take alot of talent.

well, to be funny: be skinny, get fake boobs, be blonde, be a whore, go shopping a lot, have an IQ lower than a loaf of bread, and wear brand names all the time.
for real: go to your local mall and ask, sometimes they have sign-ups.
