i have a pic and want it to become
75 pixels wide and 75 pixels height

Use any graphics editor. It can be from the easiest Microsoft Paint to complex things like Adobe Photoshop.

depending on the software you have have a button "re size" which you use to adjust the size. You can also right click on the picture when a outside frame will appear with a dot at each corner and a dot in between two dots. When you mover cruiser to mid dot you will get and arrow or a cross. By pulling it down you enlarge the picture and by moving it up you make picture smaller

You can do it with paint if you have a widows machine. Just open it in pait then :

image->stretch/skew->xx% high xx%wide

After that, just use the lower left corner button to drag your image to the correct size. Check it with:

image->attributes

well your picture might not be at the same ratio it all depends on what size it was to begin with if you just squash the picture it will look shiteeeeee

its easy u need to go into paint and click image, then u click strecth skew and then type in resize
