Yes Spirits are real.
The human body actually has three spirits that make up the totality of the soul.
In the Jewish Kabbalah they are called the nephesh, ruach, and neshammah.
In Lakota vernacular they are called nagi, nagapim and tunkashilah,
In Hawai'ian vernacular they are called unihipili, uhane, and 'aumakua.
When the body suffers high temperatures the two higher spirits leaves and only the body's consciousness remains (the nephesh or unihipili) remains behind to regulate the heart beat, breathing, secretion of hormones, digestion of food.
Sometimes when the body dies after this incident; the lower part pf the soul can become lost amd wander the earth.
This is why many spirits do exactly the same thing time after time, and is not able to communivate.

Spirits are real. Most religions believe in the spirit ie. Christians,Buddhists,Druids,Wiccans,etc...
Science has also proved that spirits exist. They have conducted tests on dying people. They would weigh someone who is alive and then again immediately after death. They found a small but measurable loss of weight which they attributed to the loss of the spirit.

When you put it as "spirits" I believe there are evil spirits, in the Bible it talks about Demons and Evil spirits going into people and Jesus tells us in the Bible that he gives us power and authority to cast out evil spirits out of people with a spirit called the Holy spirit which convicts us of our sins and it also said that the holy spirit is a comforter to us in times of trouble and need.

They communicate to many people, they must be real. They communicate to me as well. Sometimes I don't always "get" it. Anyone can get signs from spirits, you just have to realize that is what they are.

No, spirits are not real, at least I don't think so, and I've never seen any evidence of their existence.
