what do i do when my immobiliser key fob stops working?

the first one has already stopped working. there is no obvious place to change a battery, and the place that fitted it has closed down!!! any ideas for this damsel in distress?!!!

If it is an aftermarket immobilizer, go to any dealer installing the same brand, with your working fob, and proof of ownership of the vehicle. They will be able to get a programmed replacement for you.
