That really depends on what it is hooked up to, what is the drive train, is it optomized, is the motor tuned. What type of tires, what about inflation, front or rear wheel drive.
You want me to go on before you decide that you didn't give enough information to figure out what you are talking about.

In a go-cart? 50-60 mph. I may be guessing high. My go-cart experience was with 2 cycle engines. Homelites and the mighty McCullochs. The McCullochs would twist to 10,500 rpm. and sprocket-ed properly two Mc-7's were good for well over 80 mph. Fully ported modified versions of the above would flash much higher mph..

It depends on a lot of variables such as...if using a chain drive the sprocket sizes will dictate how fast you can go. If using belt drive the same can be said for the size of the pulleys. It also depends on how much weight you are trying to move with it as well as the size of the tires you will be using.

This is a question regarding weight, gear ratio, friction and some other factors. You have to give much more details on this before you will get a close guess. I have a 15hp 4 stroke Honda dirt bike that I have geared up to 60mph. But that is the limit with my body weight.

The previous answers are correct. And if you could make a car light enough, it could approach the speed of light with 11hp! But for a typical compact car, I would estimate 35 mph.

0 mph, since an 11 hp motor has no drive wheels. Sorry about that.

there are a lot of possibilities, it all depends on tire size, gear ratio, how much weight it is pulling and I'm sure there are some more variables.
