"I wouldn't want to be in your shoes" is something i keep telling myself?

Question

She had an affair in the summer of 2003, I couldn't get past it, along with other things, and we split up. We then had a child. Custody is now an issue. Last year she physically assaulted me, and I called the police. Because I am a male, I was charged with a domestic violence charge along with her even though I didn't touch her, other than my face taking her punch. We share the same probation officer who just happens to be the wife of the coward that was sleeping with my partner. She has become friends with my ex, making her probation a breeze. I, however, am being treated like a criminal. I have not shared this "ugly" information with the probation officer, and not sure if i should. I think it would only backfire on me anyhow. What would you do?

You are right, it might backfire on you. If I were you,I will just concentrate my focus ,on how to support and raise my child.Move on and make the best for your life.Some day you'll met a woman who will love you, and loyal to you, I understand your situation and how painful it is. You are strong person, you can solve this problem . Obviously you need proof (photos of them together but not intimate ones would be great), not just hearsay. Then you can hire a lawyer or, if you can't afford one, seek public assistance on legal assistance. In the San Francisco Bay Area, a radio station puts a lawyer on every day for an hour for people to ask questions and he points you to the right places.

You need a lawyer;s opinion if what you described is a conflict of interest on the part of the PO

Hahaha, i began out gaining knowledge of Islam with the reason of attempting to bridge ties in faith with one yet another. i finished up reverting after lengthy inner debates the position I promised myself i'd be Christian or agnostic till I died. i'm a Muslim now. looks like you're slowly on that route. regardless of in case you do not imagine you want to, once God leads you, God leads you. no matter if you wish it or no longer. :-P it is an effective aspect; earnings from the holiday.

i think you should look into a public lawyer (you can google this information) and try to seek another probation officer. because, these people are definitely screwing your life up and if you dont deserve it, then you shouldnt deal with it. hope that helps. otherwise, if you think that you shoudl come clean...then you should come clean and make sure you have some proof.

Find some one that you can report this too. If you don't report issues of injustice things will never change. I'm not saying it will be easy, but not doing nothing will not make anything better either. The final decision is of course yours. Just weigh your options.
