Yes, of course they can. In the genetic world only two eye colors exist, brown and blue. Green eyes are just a result of incomplete dominance of the two (mother and father) eye color genes, but it can also go back generations also!

absolutely.
both my parents have green eyes.
I happen to have blue eyes and my brother has brown.
It was also quite possible for them to pass down to another child the trait to have green eyes.

yes, of course. light eyes are passive ...brown dominate, but a person can inherit the passive gene even if both parents are brown eyed.
it happened with my step- grandchild--- both parents- brown... grandpa had blue--- baby had blue.

Yeah ..
Why not ?
It's the same like siblings who have straight & curly hair . While the dominant genetic is curly hair . It is still possible to have siblings with straight hair ..
