we start off as wrigging babies and tearaway tots but the older we get the more still the majority of us tend to become until we are perfectly still.

So keep moving! lol

um yeah DUH but i think i'll dance in my grave as i was very still as a baby and couldn't be botherd to move. Mum says i just said over and over "Drink. Food. Drink. Food. Drink. Food." No wonder i'm a quiet computer hugging nerd! Peace out.

And we end up back in diapers totally dependent on other people for our daily needs...I really don't want to get to that stage.
