how long, once mailed, will it take for the parcel to arrive at its destination, using the cheapest and slowest mail service available?

1 week for regular mail/letters
2 weeks for packages/parcels

I would say about 2-3 weeks at the latest. I remember I ordered some old Soviet Union pins from the guy in the Ukraine and from the Ukraine to Michigan, USA it took like 6-8 weeks.

I don't know about Canada,but both Buffalo and Chicago reliably to Dublin 5-7 days regular mail. Not bad! If we want it faster, just call..

About ninety seconds to mail it I'd reckon, if you don't count standing in the line.

I usually get my stuff about a week after its posted-I'm in south east ontario.
