Most people are not ready to deal with what comes with sex until they are out of high school. Once in awhile, there are people that should never have sex. You are ready to have sex when you know how not to get pregnant. You understand about safe sex, and why you should never have sex without being an condom.
You should wait until you understand what love is. That comes at all ages.
If you do have sex, I hope in many years from know, this is what you need to do:
1. Go to an OB/GYM and get birth control
2. Never have sex without a condom
3. Always use a spermicide
IF you do all three, you should not get pregnant
I hope at 13, you are not thinking of having sex. That is way to young.

Most likely? That's question nobody can really answer. Only you will know when you're ready. There isn't a magic age or time to have sex. You have to do it when you feel comfortable. Which hopefully won't be for years to come. Just make sure it's because you are ready to and want to not because you feel you have to or need to, to fit in.
