Most RPGs have a fan website. Use the forum in that website to post that you are looking for members.

Forums. Look for official websites and fansites and then register at their forums. Make sure you post your recruitment post somewhere appropriate--you can't believe how annoying it is to have some new person who'll most likely only post once or twice to just barge in and stick their post down in the wrong place. It'll make people not want to contact you to join, that's for sure.
