Piercings are a mild fetish. They appeal to some, but not to all. If you want a piercing, and you feel it's important to you, then get it. They can certainly be a lot of fun for both partners in sexual play.

if it was placed on the nipple of a girl, then I have to respect her wishes and assume if she thinks it is sexy then it is sexy. if a guy puts it on, it isn't sexi but however it is a turn on!!!!!

I like guys with no tattoos and no piercings. I find them more clean cut and respectful of their bodies.
Plus let's face it...infections, rip accidents, etc.
Just one opinion.
On me..I would never do it. I have breast feed a baby and been bit. No way I am going to put a needle through it and feel the pain on purpose. OUCH! Plus it could affect my future ability to breast feed.

I think it's a little sexy. I prefer them on women, but they're hot on both sexes (oddly enough, I like the barbells on women, and rings on men . . . hmmm).
But nipples are lovely unadorned, too!

sorry, i don't find pierced nipples attractive.. the concept is rather sickening to me, but hey, what ever turns you on, then go for it.. don't do it for others.. do it for yourself, if that's in fact what you really want to do to your nipple!
