personaly i think that bull sh!t because youtube has alot of good clips that google will get rid of and they might make you start paying for service plus what is youtube if its ru by some workaholic named jim who rambels on and on about how he loves his job i mean really id you want a youtube like that...well you can have it and 10 points thats why i think if youtube is run by old jimmy boy over there it will SUCK BIG TIME thank you for takeing the time to read my answer secerly youer seang95

I think it is great!
YouTube is the video version of Google - it is just a video repository for user searches and is a natural extension of Google.
I think Google will offer YouTube some financial stability and there is also talk of YouTube now rewaring creativity in monetary terms [see ref below] - this can't be bad!

I don't know how Google can make money from YouTube.
Would you be willing to watch a 15 second commercial before watching some guy drop Mentos in Diet Coke?
I don't think many will.

Doesn't matter to me, as long as the videos are still free, and they don't go crazy deleting stuff like old shows that aren't on anymore or available any other way (RIP Freakazoid. Drat.)
