OK, I'll give it a shot:
1. They'd salt the meats to preserve them; they'd dry the meats like beef jerky and could also dry fruits; they'd smoke meats and can fruits in glass jars. I have no idea how this prevented contamination except, I guess, if it's in a glass jar then flies can't land on it...
2. Ceiling fans? Um, can't remember. I did the Mt. Vernon tour like ages ago and heating/cooling's not my thing.
3. There was a river or creek running by the place as I recall. I think typhoid and hepatitis were common.
4. Hepatitis? I don't know.
B1. No idea.
B2. OK, yellow fever, typhoid and hepatitis. I have no idea.
B3. Beeswax, wasn't it? Or maybe tallow.
C1. No idea. However, the Williamsburg shops are really neat, aren't they?
C2. Aspirin, sulfa and, I don't know, caffeine? No idea.
C3. I know they didn't mention surgeries on MY tour so, what, you're like pre-med and went on a special "All you ever wanted to know about Colonial medicine but were afraid to ask" tour?

This is way too much stuff. I passed American History along time ago. But here a few for free.
A. Mt Vernon
1. Salt, pickling, smoking, air drying, packing in clarified goose fat. All of these methods retard the growth of bacteria.
2. Siting above the river, facing the doors and windows directly oppicit , putting the long axis of the house with the prevailing breezes facing the river, deep porches, external kitchen.
4. " Heroic" medicine. bleeding, purging, blistering.
B. Jamestown
1. Jamestown is an island. close to the shore. the James River is slow moving, mosquitos. Until the well was dug, water was collected from the river.
2. Stupidity, ignorance and sloth. Amoebic disentery. Poor nutrition, malarial fevers.
3. Rendered animal fat, bees' wax, fish oils. dipped hot on wicks of twisted linen tow. because they ran out of fatty meat from domestic animals, and begain to eat their candles. Fish oils were easier to come by. Really they relied principally on the light from their fires.
C. Williamsburg
1.
I assume you mean the metal parts, especially the barrels. Rods of steel, imported from England were heated white hot and hammered spirally around a round mandrel, hammer welded as they went. The parts of the locks were cast, filed and hardened. Much early gunsmithing was really repairing and replacing already existing firearms. This is a very complex matter, it up to you to follow through with this. There wern't any to speak of, maby you are looking for rifiling? Not new though.
2. Calomel (a mercury preparation), Laudaunam ( a solution of opium dissolved in wine or brandy).A large variety of herbal preparations. As for effacacy they would loosen or tighten the bowels, cause or restrict vomiting, kill or reduce pain.
The principle surgies performed were amputations and the lancing of boils and pustules. A boil lanced will drain. A badly damaged limb or digit removed, will not of it self cause gangarene.
I seriously doubt that you have all the answers from one trip to the tidewater. Life is and was complex. The technologies of the past are not simple. And you are mistaken about all the answers being availible on the web. I assure you that they are. These and much more besides. Sharpen your research skills and you will be rewarded.
