How do I make my webcam go faster? (10 points for working answer!)?

My Aiptek VGA PenCam that I use as a webcam loads incredibly slow on only ONE person's IM... it skips, it takes forever to show a movement. On all the others, it works great and moves at the same time I do. Why does it do this and how can I fix it?

buy a faster webcam...

go to programs..
Remove the program..
and reload it...
make sure you have the disc...
make sur when loading all other windows are shut
