Why do you hate gays?

There's nothing wrong with them, they're normal people just like everyone else! They don't choose to be gay, that's just the way they are!

I don't. I'm a big believer in live and let live. 20 years ago, when Aids was becoming a major issue, they were criticized for being too promiscuous and bringing Aids on themselves. Now they're being criticized for wanting to be monogamous and committing to that monogamy legally. The religious right in this country doesn't just want to prevent gay marriage. They want all gays back in the closet with the door bolted and locked shut.

I dont hate gays. I have a few gay friends and I use to date women..but i got tired of them after 6 years and now I have my first boyfriend (we've been together almost a year) But i still get tingly thinking of certain things

I am taking this opportunity to answer on behalf of all fundamentalists, everywhere (chuckle!) 1. we are not too bright, and find it difficult to do other than what we are told. 2. We never think for ourselves, and, thus, trust the judgement of our leaders, most of whom are psychopaths and liars. 3. Our leaders yearn for yet more money and "power", and have discovered that pandering to lowest common denominator prejudices and fears can greatly boost their egos, bank accounts, and aid in fulfilling their numerous other agendas, including political. 4. god, the merciful and omniscient, personally loathes gays and lesbians, according to our leaders, and , thus so should we. And, so does jesus, we've been advised.This is definitely in the "scriptures", somewhere; they were personally written by god and jesus, we've been told. 5. Gays don't seem to enjoy in great number our "sub" religions, which makes them definite outcasts in our eyes: nascar, wrestling, hunting defenseless animals, and people, as well, when we can get away with it. Along with the usual other troglodyte passtimes: wifebeating, lynchings when convenient, etc. 6. A lot of gays seem to be quite intelligent and artistic, which seems very arrogant to us. The list is endless, and so is our lack of consciousness. /s/ a heterosexual for truth in "religion".

Normal means "majority does it". Majority doesn't do it, therefore it isn't normal. Now that that's out the way. I'm sure pedophiles think they are normal too. And men in their 40's who want to marry young girls. And people who eat fingernails and boogers probably think they're normal too.


Well they aren't. You can't expect everyone to accept you. Just live your life.

And I don't hate gays. I hate pedophiles and males who go around confusing other males, making them question their sexuality.

I totally respect them for the way they are.
I also know a girl that is bi but it really doesn't bother me that much. Sure there are sometimes akward moments but then that doesn't mean we still can't be friends.
