Your thought is not entirely true, but in a sense it really is. Let me explain. Your problem is LETTING this thought get to you. Its all in your head, by this I mean you are not in complete control of your own mind, find a way to take control of it completely. Try some yoga maybe, to clear your head, kind of like spring cleaning. If that doesnt work make your own personal plan to clear your head and take back control of yourself. When you do this you willl be as real to yourself as you are to others (this is why you think that you might not be living, your not in a sense because you dont have complete control of yourself) In this way you can go on with your life as YOU and not a robot you. Good luck to you, I hope that my advice will help.

First you have to begin to believe in yourself. You are a special individual and do not need to look like everyone else. Because you are self conscious you probably do not make an effort to reach out to others. Just try say hello to one person and smile and see what happens

just try to make it into a fact and accept it, because it is true of everyone. Noone has the same experiences or exists lor looks like anyone else, this is the diversity of life.
