I have read what people have said about WoW being addictive and it ruining relationships. The one answer that keeps getting brought up is for that person to get a computer and try playing it with thier signif. other.Well that's all good but what if your signif other doesn't want to and won't play the game with you? What then. What are you suppose to do then? How do you deal with situation? A little insight here would be very helpful..

I agree with revoltix, that person just isn't worth it if they would choose a game over the person they supposedly love.

The one thing about wow and any MMO it's just away to leave thing behind. Now with that in mind you can do one of a few hundred thing you can one sit down with the game and try it your self(thing with that is if you don't like these type of game or if you don't have anyone to play with then your wasting you time no matter how much you love the person) get rid of the computer(now this can be very fun you but depending on the need of the PC and the way you other view wow not very good) Have a sit down(careful with this one Because a junky is never wrong in there mind and MMO are just a form of digi drug) or plot family time( have a site down and lock the PC up to a time cop and find other thing that you and your other can have fun doing) I say these thing as someone who plays the game and who know someone who is over the hill about the game but his other is on again off again about the game. my true suggestion to you is try the game if you don't like it then have a sit down and try to work something out were you other is not spending 8-1000 hours a day playing the game try give them a day or a set time a day were they can play or start plaing outting that you the kids and maybe your other can enjoy

Might still think about trying the game yourself. It is quite fun i play activly myself and very rarely with my friends who also play. There are a bunch of very friendly guilds spread across the different servers. But if you dont want to make the commitment, i reccomend having a very serious talk with your signifigant other about the situation. Especially if it is effecting the relationship.

If you lose a partner over WOW, then your relationship had problems anyway.
