I would say rejected because you know who many people actually try for American idol in each city and only a handful get picked to go to Hollywood.

Alot of people get rejected, are there more judges? Because when i seen people trying out it was like a lot of people how could 3 people judge all them in no time i dont understand that at all.

They are all sooooooo talented. About 95% of the people who audition make it to Hollywood. After that only the ones who sleep with Simon and Paula advance. Randy just likes to watch.
