I am positively sure they are supposed to be brothers. In the link I attached it says their last name.

I know they work together as cops but I don't know if they are suppose to be brothers or just friends. I don't think its even brought up in the movie. They sure make some funny white chicks though, don't they! lol

They are supposed to be brothers. They are obviously twins in the movie too and so everyone can see that.

But when the director yells "cut" they're brothers...
