QUESTION: So why doesnt the government legalize it?
I love to smoke marijuana! I am not addicted, i am not addicted to heroine or crack because of marijuana, it is not a gateway drug, and i am not a criminal!!!!
Its not legal because the government cannot find a way to regulate it or tax it. They dont care if its bad or not, Tabbaco kills around 400,000 a year, Alcohol kills about 80,000, Automobile accidents is around 40,000 and Marijuana is 0. No one has overdosed while consuming marijuana.
So why doesnt the government legalize it?
and make it easier to live the life that i want in this country.

there is a simple answer to this, it is a lack of knowledge. its not the just the goverment the people vote on bills. its the peopl that don't know anything about it. like my daughter came home with a pamphlet from school. one of the many wrong things it said "mj causes blindness" i told her to ask her teacher then why do they prescribe it to people with glaccoma.
they say gate way drug. in my opinion the gate way drug is alcohol. everyone i have seen try drugs for the 1st time was drinking rt before, or during.
it will be leagal with in 20yrs. we now have 11 states that have medical mj. even though the gov. is againts it, it doesn't matter states govern themselves. they have that rt to protect themselves its a part of checks and balances.

To me u sound like a sweet woman and that i wager u are if I were u i'd go away him because maximum of all he will damage u and turn u into drugs and so it is going to spoil your existence your in basic terms in extreme college u have an complete existence ahead of u do not spoil it only for one boy u will meet many different men. go away him

Sure they can tax it. Whats sold in the stores can be taxed. Of course whats grown at your home cant be. They just feel it would be one more danger added to society.
