You would wear an 8.5 or a 9 depending on the heel height and the fit of the shoe. The higher the heel, the better you are going a half to a full size bigger. 3" and below, stick with your natural shoe size, but you should always try them on first to see becuase different manufacturers may run a little big or a little small sometimes.

begin with your sneaker size as a starting point, then try on the next size above and the next size below until you find the right fit. this will usually provide good results.
