They are very good at relaxing you, as well as improving circulation & releasing toxin buildup stored in your muscles. After a massage, you want to drink plenty of fluids to flush out the toxins released by the massage.
You'll feel soooo relaxed & ready for bed!

All massage is therapeutic. Is it good for stress? You'll have to define stress. Are you talking about physical, mental, or spiritual stress. If your talking about physical stress, such as trauma or bruising, then yes massage will help.

I do think it is good for stress. It loosens the muscles that have tensed because of stress. It feels really good anyway and that helps with the stress also.
