How do I make my webcam go faster?

My Aiptek VGA PenCam that I use as a webcam loads incredibly slow on only ONE person's IM... it skips, it takes forever to show a movement. On all the others, it works great and moves at the same time I do. Why does it do this and how can I fix it?

it also depends on the internet speed. on that ONE person's internet may be a low bandwith connection , such as, dial-up or DSL.
It may lag cause of the internet speeds, or it can be caused by your internet speed. For the best performance get a good internet service .

This isn't a problem because the it takes time for ur movement to across the internet so it results in slow frame rate.
