for me, the only gifted people are those who live their life caring for the needs of others. they've been gifted with the knowledge of how to live a meaningful life.

Ok, well being physically fit has nothing to do with talent or intelligence, so throw that out the window. Intelligence in subject matter really has no bearing either...knowing answers to questions doesn't mean someone is gifted...it means he reads a lot, memorizes things, or just studies in school....I would say it depends on how one arrives at his or her correct answers that determines the extent of giftedness a person possesses. Great musician? Great as in he has an unnatural ability to play music in ways that would even impress a person who plays well and regularly?
Being gifted implies that one has an extraordinary ability in something that comes naturally.

If the person in question was any normal person in any normal situation, yes...but then again, his brothers and sisters and neighbors and friends may all play TWO instruments ;)
