You need to make an appointment with the council where you are now living and explain the situation to them. They will assess your position and put you on the waiting list. Hopefully this will not take to long as it does give you secure accommodation which every family is entitled to whether you can afford to buy or not. As a general rule you need to have been residing in the area you are applying for housing in for a set period but in these circumstances and with the crime reference numbers proving harassment where you originally lived you might be lucky. I hope you get sorted soon. Good luck.

sounds like ur a white family being persecuted, soz to hear it, well down here in the united nations of sussex there is a 5yr waiting list for council housing. Not that the asylum seekers are taking everything going? Hope you find something for you and your family.

Yes you can. Just get in touch with the council in the area you want to be living.

You have to watch though as they may end up sticking you on some dirty scum estate somewhere !!!
