Does he still live in the same town or county, when you were together. The CSA Will find him if that is the case, the don't want to pay out money that is his duty. Go in to the county and state you think he is living, you can get his addresses from the DPS or any county office. They can run but they can't hide, tell them his families address, they give them a little shake down and if he is still alive they'll find him. Just look in Yahoo search or goggle sometimes they can help you, don't give up try all the ,means you have because he needs to pay for those babies upkeep. if bad comes to worst get a detective firm after him and make him pay the detectives bill through court. Find his sorry a** and stick
it to him, that sorry to try run from taking care of your children.

Buy help from a secret agent spy person!
You can find inspectors names in the ohone book and they most likely will find him!

Try some websites where you can search for people...if you know what highschool he went to, if he graduated, then you can go to classmates or reunion.com. dont know any others
