Some web pages do not fully display with blank areas where other information is known to be.

This could be related to the Security settings in your Internet options. Try tweaking them to see if the display changes.

Many possible answers - not enough information. It could be you have HTML blocked from your e-mail (an excellent idea for security) and HTMLgraphice are not showing up.
