Can you tell me what transpotation should i take respectively?

I want to avoid driving a rent car, because I'm not accustomed to do in foreign country...

You might try using Greyline bus tours. We used them from Reno a few years back and enjoyed it very much. You should be able to board them in both Las Vegas and San Francisco.

From Las Vegas and sometimes Los Angeles
there are tour operators that conduct tours -if its from
Los Angeles, the tour usually stops in Las Vegas first then contiunes to Grand canyon -sometimes its a bus trip to the Grand canyon sometimes just a helicopter flight
plus if dont want to do a tour,
if you dont want to do Las Vegas
you could also check out grand canyon railroads
they usually have a package deal with Amtrak,
you could board in LA, Amtrak to Williams, Grand Canyon RR
to Grand Canyon,,
(check check http://www.thetrain.com
for more info about that
then you can do the same yosemite (only its a bus connection
from Merced )
from Los Angeles, it would amtrak bus to Bakersfield then train to Merced and the bus to Yosemite

Your best bet, if you don't drive, is Grayline Tours. You can travel by motorcoach to both of these destinations.
