I think that Mobiles phones. There are all over the world and in all the socio economical levels.
Each day , thousands are sold around the world..and I think that have revolucionated the communications with the SMS .
There is not age for them, and you can see e4veryone using that technology.

I agree that internet is important, but is not a technology of massive use yet. Many countries havent it yet at popular level.

Wheel, antibiotics, levers and pulleys, sewer and water systems yeah I'll go with that for my personal favorite.

Cant imagine urban life without water and sewer systems. Of course I am a civil engineer. I'd pick antibiotics if I was a doc.
