Alright, so I'm 15. I first got my period about two years ago. However, it's never been very regular, but I figured it would just take a while to even out. It normally would happen once every one to two months for me. latly it's been slowing down, to where I haven't had it in the past five months. I'm worried, but I've been reluctant to tell even my mother. There is no possibility that I'm pregnant, I know I've never had sex in my life, finding the thought disgusting. DOes anyone know what's wrong? Or is this normal?

You should not be worried about telling your mom there is nothing to be ashamed of, its just something you need to have checked out. are you really really skinny? i know i am and i have skipped periods just like that, for months and months. sometimes you just dont have enough body fat to start up the menstrual cycle. or stress. but there is only so long that u can wait. u have to see a gynecologist, just to be sure there is no underlying problem.

Talk to your Mom so she can take you to the doctor. It is better to have it checked out, this might be normal for you at this time.
My daughter had to go on the pill at 15 because she was having a period every 10 days. The doctor did not have to examine her they did an ultra sound of the pelvis and found everything normal.

Yes this is normal for some people. Some woman just don't have regular periods. You can go on the pill to regulate them. You should also mention it to your doctor and see what she/he has to say. If they are concerned, then they can do tests.
But......I would enjoy the lack of them for right now!

You just need to talk to your mother about it..but if you don't then don't worry because my mother told me that her period wan't regular until after her first child, neither was my aunts..and mine isn't regular either..
