i had a picnic before in the rain and love to have another but there is one condition,picnic should be with my loved one

I could and I would have a picnic in the rain.
My date in a white T shirt that would drive me insane.
We'd go for a walk till we were drenched from above,
Then we'd find someplace private and make sweet wet wild love.

Sure. Just move to the picnic shelter/cabin and continue with the good times. It's rather romantic to hear the rain fall and the fire/grill crackling. and the S'mores taste so good.

If it was just a light drizzle. maybe I would sit under an umbrella as to not get wet. But don't the rain stop your plans unless it will ruin the plans.

Yes, I would. Only if I was shelter by a tent, gazebo, or trees to prevent the food from getting wet.
