how do you find castcalls for movies and stuff cause i'm a good singer, young, talented actress. i'm pretty and not overweight and i think i would be good. and websites to find castingcalls or auditions. please..i want resonable answers. this is my dream and i dont want it to be crushed becuase of a stupid persons answer.!!! It depends where you live. If a movie is being shot in your area, they will contact a local casting agency. If there's no agency, they may put a general ad in the paper; however, these are usually calls for extras, not speaking lines.
If you have casting agencies in your town, you should register with them. If there are talent agencies, submit a headshot and resume to them to see if they are interested in representing you.
Be warned, any agency that asks you for money is a scam. Licensed agents make their money by taking a percentage of what you earn.
And you don't need a manager yet; that's for when you are working and popular.

no u need to have a manager.. to find those things out for u. or u can call a acting agency. but u do nned to live in cali..
