I'm pretty sure that the problem that you are having is because of your computer. Adaware SE is a great program and it deletes viruses and spyware. if you want one that will find what is going wrong with your computer I would try AVG antivirus and spyware. you can get these all for free off of the internet.

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

Get spybot , it's free and works well
Get AVG Antivirus, also free and works well
Ad Aware is another good antispyware program
I use at least two or three different antispyware programs so if one
doesn't pick up a certain spyware then the other will. Download
the free programs and make sure you update regularly and
perform regular scans. Good luck!!!!

Protect your PC from both known and unknown virus attacks, spyware, Trojan horses and malware with AOL's free anti-virus software, Active Virus Shield. This comprehensive anti-virus software installs quickly, works fast, always stays on and updates automatically every hour. Plus, it takes traditional virus scanning methods and combines them with advanced technology to help detect and protect against malicious programs that can infect your PC and important files before they are infected
www.activevirusshield.com, where you can download the product and register with an e-mail address and download the free antivirus software. An activation code will be send to the email address you provide. This activation code will fully enable your free version of AOL Active Virus Shield.
One of the first applications built to find and remove adware and spyware, Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition's excellent reputation is well justified. The sky-blue, skinnable interface features five buttons. The first two, Status and Scan, lead to the core function of the application. These buttons initiate a scan of your files for adware components. After scanning is complete, the program presents a summary of results, followed by a list from which you select exactly which components to remove. Right-clicking an individual entry gives some information about the piece of suspected adware, though we would like more details.
Ad-Aware SE can alert you to more malignant forms of malware by separating items into critical and negligible categories. The third button, Ad-Watch, is nonfunctional in the Standard version. The fourth button, Plug-ins, shows you which Ad-Aware plug-ins are installed. The fifth leads to the help files.Ad-Aware SE does an excellent job of quickly finding and removing most adware and spyware components, although you will have to restart and rescan for a seriously infected machine. We were pleased to see an auto-update feature included with the program, keeping Ad-Aware up-to-date with the latest adware components. Ad-Aware SE should be part of your arsenal for keeping your machine free of adware and spyware components.

The best program to use is not on the Internet. Five years ago I had the same problem that you have now. A friend of mine turned me on to this program and it really works. It is called Defender Pro 5in1 they have it at Walmart and it is not expensive. It really works. When you get a chance I would recommend you to get this program. I promise that you won't be disappointed in the way this program works

i once got a trojan (its a virus that gets in and once its in it invites a heck allot more in!!) on my computer and i tried allot of things to get it off!! the only thing that worked was: avast home addition! i had to do a boot-time scan (wen you restart you computer it will go to a screen, before the welcome screen and it scans all your files before any programs start running, so the virus cant mask it self before avast can delete it!! ) it works great!!
link:http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html
also a great antispyware is: Ad-Aware SE personal
link:http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php
and so this don't happen again in the future hear is a great firewall: zonealarm, it stops all most every thing!!

hope this helps!!!
