I smoke and i am addicted, but ive never been able to smoke like normal people, I just dont inhale all the way into my lungs, just like down my throat and a little deeper , but not all the way into my lungs.

I would consider that a good problem and I would QUIT now while you have the chance!!!! U may be luckey enuf NOT to have INHALED as much nicotine as a heavy smoker so your chances of quitting r much better so QUIT already!!

How long have you been smoking. Not inhaling down to your lungs is the same as 'bum-puffing'. Its actually more dangerous and increases the risk of mouth and throat cancer.

1 WHY IS IT A PROBLEM IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FULLY INHALE?

2 YOU HAVE MUCUS MEMBRANES EVERY WHERE- WHICH MEANS YOU WILL ABSORB NICOTINE AND OTHER HARMFUL CHEMICALS JUST LIKE THOSE WHO INHALE!

3 EVEN IF YOU INHALE ONLY SLIGHTLY YOU WILL STILL GET IT INTO YOUR LUNGS. THE PARTICLES ARE SUPER SMALL AND WILL GO JUST ABOUT ANY WHERE!

Not anymore.

Half-way or full-way, snuff or chew or pipe or cigar, it's all nicotine and it's all way more addicting that opiates.

Hope I don't start again.

Good luck. And if you're going to smoke, for God's sake ENJOY it every time, rather than doing it like a robot....

I wish it were as simple as that.. If you smoke, you ARE getting the tar/nicotine in your lungs. It's impossible to kind of smoke...
